We’re looking for a Broker Development Specialist who’s passionate about expanding our market presence by building and nurturing relationships with local brokers and stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where you will do both remote/home office and field work. Travel can vary but expect up to 50% travel time. The territory for this role will be the Northeastern US, and an ideal candidate will be located in that area. Out in the field, you’ll be the face of our brand to agents and brokers in your territory. You will travel throughout the Northeastern US territory to build strong relationships with agents and brokers. Additionally, you’ll represent American Collectors Insurance at car shows and other industry events, bringing energy, insight and reliable support to every interaction to further our strong reputation as an industry leader in specialty auto insurance. In the office, you’ll facilitate daily virtual broker’s meetings, lead training webinars and focus heavily on proactive outbound prospecting via cold calling to identify new leads and manage a robust pipeline.
