Based in Houston or New York, this role involves driving the creation and maintenance of collateral materials such as pitch documents, pitch decks, deal lists, and matter descriptions. The Specialist will also contribute to visibility and client relationship management activities, including conferences, sponsorships, and client-facing events. Support for other transactional practices and lawyers will be assigned as needed.
