As a leader in the managed services space, we partner with businesses to streamline their operations and serve as a single source of accountability for everything from janitorial to maintenance and beyond. We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist who excels at uncovering opportunities, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and building strong pipelines that lead to meaningful partnerships. This role is all about opening doors, generating new qualified leads, and fueling long-term revenue growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or B2B outreach
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline goals
A proactive hunter mindset—you thrive on starting conversations and creating opportunities
Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and prospect B2B opportunities within target markets
Build and manage a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and strategic lead generation
Qualify prospects and set high-quality appointments for the sales and operations teams
Engage decision-makers to understand facility management needs and challenges
Partner closely with Sales Executives and operational teams to transition leads smoothly
Track activity, performance metrics, and pipeline progress to consistently hit goals
