As a Business Development Specialist – Social, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Social Element’s client base by connecting brands with our specialized social media services. Acting as the first point of contact for potential clients, you will introduce them to our unique blend of social intelligence, community management, brand protection, and technology-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and set qualified appointments for our Account Executives (AEs), ensuring a seamless handoff of high potential opportunities. By understanding each prospect’s social media challenges, you will demonstrate how Social Element’s services—such as social listening, crisis management, content moderation, and strategic consultancy—can help protect and grow their brand online. Through your outreach, you will showcase our community-driven ethos and innovative strategies, positioning Social Element as a trusted partner for leading global brands.
