Requirements

  • The Hustle: At least 2 years of direct sales experience (experience in insurance or restoration is a huge plus, but we value grit and personality).
  • Communication Skills: You’re as comfortable in a 1-on-1 coffee meeting as you are presenting to a room of 20 people.
  • Tech Savvy: You know your way around a CRM and marketing tools.
  • The Basics: A degree in Marketing/Business (or equivalent life experience), a clean background check, and the ability to be active on your feet.

Responsibilities

  • Networking Pro: Be the face of SERVPRO at local associations and community events.
