Within Catalent’s biologics network, drug substance capabilities include mammalian cell culture, advanced analytical services, and scalable manufacturing supported by a globally integrated commercial and scientific organization. This team plays a critical role in enabling customers to move high-value biologics programs efficiently from opportunity to execution. As a Business Development Specialist, Core Biologics, you’ll support pipeline generation across cell line development and drug substance services, blending technical selling with data-driven prospecting. Partnering with Account Directors and SMEs, you’ll help drive early client conversations, support opportunity scoping, and use CRM insights to guide territory strategy and identify high-value targets. This role is well suited for someone who is both analytically minded and proactive, relationship-driven, and energized by engaging directly with biopharma stakeholders to build pipelines.
