About The Position

King Ford of Nashville is undergoing an exciting expansion and is assembling a dynamic Sales and Business Development team. This position requires proactive customer engagement paired with effective sales execution. You will connect with potential customers, generate leads, schedule appointments, and work diligently to convert interest into sales while fostering long-lasting customer relationships. The Business Development/Sales Representative role is an active, hands-on position. You will be busy, coached, and supported by a dedicated team that values effort, discipline, and measurable results. Monthly Earnings Potential $2,400 to $6,000+ per month based on performance, experience, and productivity. Compensation includes commissions and is performance-based, tied to activity, appointments, and sales results.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • High energy and self-motivation, you take initiative without being pushed
  • Strong communication skills and a professional presence
  • Coachability: you want feedback, and you apply it
  • Comfort with goals, accountability, and performance expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience creating and posting content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, call centers, wireless retail, or appointment setting is a plus, but not required. If you bring the right attitude and work ethic, we will train you.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively call and text customers to introduce King Ford of Nashville's offers and create sales opportunities.
  • Respond to leads quickly and consistently, then follow up with purpose.
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend the right vehicle and solutions.
  • Set and confirm appointments, then support a clean hand-off to the showroom floor or assist in closing the sale as needed.
  • Maintain accurate notes and activity records to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Work with managers and the sales team to improve scripts, processes, and conversion results.
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity and performance goals.
