About The Position

The Sales Enablement Summer Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Institutional Business Development team, supporting global sales and fundraising efforts. This role is involved in key aspects of strategy, execution, and business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, information sharing, and operational efficiency. The Summer Analyst will contribute to market and competitor research, conference and meeting preparation, Salesforce data management, and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen business development efforts. The role provides an opportunity to gain exposure to private markets fundraising, sales strategy, and business operations while helping teams focus on relationship building and growth.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student graduating anywhere from December 2027 through June 2028.
  • Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • GPA of 3.2 or above.
  • Interest in sales enablement, private markets, business development, operations, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about financial markets and investment management.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, event platforms, or project management tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support key initiatives and strategic priorities that advance Institutional Business Development’s fundraising objectives.
  • Identify and qualify prospective relationships, assisting with follow-up activities to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist with conference planning and execution, including attendee mapping, market research, and preparation of supporting materials.
  • Conduct market segmentation analyses across geographies to identify and prioritize prospective investors.
  • Capture, organize, and distribute prospect intelligence and market insights across regions.
  • Perform market and competitive research to support business development strategy and messaging.
  • Explore and evaluate AI-driven solutions that enhance prospecting efforts and improve information sharing across the firm.
  • Support the preparation of meeting memoranda and briefing materials using third-party research and industry resources.
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce data integrity through enrichment and accuracy initiatives.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to support conference preparation and distribution of firm collateral.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.
