Requirements
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Belief in the value of face-to-face interactions and consultative selling
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Goal-oriented with a desire for personal and professional growth
- Ability to commute within the Kansas City area
- Willingness to work in a field-based, in-person environment
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local business owners and organizational leaders
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with decision-makers
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate employee benefit solutions
- Manage and grow a designated sales territory
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Participate in ongoing sales and leadership development programs
- Contribute to team growth while achieving individual performance goals
