About The Position

This role is for closers who love the hunt. We’re not looking for someone to manage a pipeline. We’re looking for someone to build one from scratch, every single day. As our BDR, you own outbound. You identify target accounts and prospects, write the outreach, make the calls, book the meetings, and qualify the opportunities. You don’t wait for marketing to feed you. You go get it. You’ll work directly with leadership on growth targets and have clear visibility into how your activity translates to revenue. No ambiguity. No hand-holding. Just results.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in a B2B sales or business development role — you’ve been on the phones, in the inbox, on LinkedIn
  • Agency or digital marketing background strongly preferred; at the very least, you understand what we sell
  • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through outbound activity
  • Comfortable discussing SEO, Paid Media, content strategy, and marketing ROI with sophisticated buyers
  • Eligible to work full-time in Canada and able to commute into our Oakville office.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting end-to-end: Cold calls, cold email, targeted account research and attend discovery meetings to gauge fit.
  • Book qualified discovery calls with B2B decision-makers — CEOs, Business Owners, etc.
  • Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover real pain, not surface-level interest
  • Build outreach sequences that cut through the noise and get responses
  • Track everything in HubSpot — you’re organized because it makes you more effective, not because someone told you to be
  • Hit and exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and pipeline generated
  • Stay sharp on B2B marketing trends so your conversations open doors instead of closing them
  • Report pipeline and activity, and booked appointments directly to the Head of Growth.
