Position Summary: Do you love to smash your goals? Kindsight is seeking self-motivated team members with sales in their DNA! The Outbound BDR will support our Account Executives (AE) in developing our pool of sales pipeline. Activities include generating outbound leads using phone, email and Linkedin supporting sales efforts and campaigns, maintenance of our CRM and other related tasks. You will learn to identify the specific needs of prospects, and how Kindsight’s products/solutions meet those needs.

Requirements

  • Has experience in cold calling, and enjoys speaking to people on the phone.
  • Is passionate about technology and becoming an expert in our space.
  • Is driven and self-motivated to be successful in whatever you do.
  • Is comfortable in a fast-paced, results-oriented, target-driven environment
  • Is collaborative: exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside of Kindsight
  • Is comfortable building relationships with clients over the phone, via email and/or LinkedIn.
  • Is a positive person, with the ability to excel under pressure.
  • Is coachable with a growth mindset (learning never stops!).
  • Is resilient and creative. An out of the box thinker.
  • Has a positive attitude and looks to motivate others.
  • Ability to travel to represent Kindsight at conferences and events
  • Can thrive in a remote-first company (available for applicants within Canada (eastern or Atlantic working hours)

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound leads using targeted lists of prospects and existing CRM accounts, leveraging signals to prioritize leads
  • Leverage technology like Gong Engage, Salesforce, Zoominfo and Sales Navigator
  • Hold yourself accountable to meeting activity requirements while ensuring quality outreach efforts
  • You will show effort & focus around cold calling
  • Be an active team member & contribute to our team culture
  • Leverage the qualification criteria to focus on the right pipeline
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off of leads to the AE team, with documented notes in the CRM
  • When appropriate, book online demonstrations with prospects by coordinating with the AE’s calendar availability
  • Participation in sales strategy sessions
  • Drive the pipeline needed to reach our revenue targets; you’ll play an integral role in Kindsight’s success
