Requirements

At least 2 years of proven sales success (Healthcare or Home Health experience is a major advantage).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
A solid understanding of home health standards, payers, and the local referral landscape.
Exceptional communication, a goal-oriented "hunter" mentality, and the ability to manage your own territory independently.

Responsibilities

Build an Ecosystem: Identify and nurture high-value relationships with physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
