Requirements

  • Strong organization, dependable follow-through, and sound judgment when handling several deadlines.
  • Professional phone and email communication and polished client-facing writing.
  • Curiosity and resourcefulness in finding and checking information.
  • Comfort with outreach, persistent follow-up, and learning unfamiliar technology.
  • Coachability, accountability, and motivation to improve measurable results.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local meetings and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in sales support, business development, marketing, customer service, administrative coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • CRM, proposal, real estate, property management, or community association experience is helpful.
  • Extensive sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct initial outreach and qualification.
  • Research prospective communities in the Houston market, their decision-makers, current management arrangements, and service needs.
  • Prepare concise discovery and research briefs for business development leadership.
  • Keep Pipedrive accurate, including contact records, opportunity stages, follow-up dates, and next steps.
  • Coordinate prospect meetings, community visits, presentations, and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and customize proposals, presentations, and other prospect-facing materials with Director input.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to associations and industry contacts.
  • Use AI and other tools thoughtfully to improve research, documentation, and repeatable sales workflows.
