Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 3–5+ years in sales, business development, or outside sales
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or service industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

  • Hunting new business through cold outreach, networking, and field prospecting
  • Building and owning your sales pipeline
  • Developing referral partners and turning them into consistent revenue
  • Responding to emergency service opportunities (fast-paced, high urgency)
  • Closing new business and driving revenue growth
  • Representing CRBR at events, in the field, and in the community
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking activity
