Absorb, a SaaS company, is experiencing significant year-over-year growth, driven by its talented Sales team and Digital Marketing efforts in the LMS and eLearning space. To further unlock its potential, Absorb is forming a dedicated outbound team to target new customer segments. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be a pivotal part of this team, responsible for identifying and qualifying outbound opportunities. This role requires self-initiating resilience, a strong work ethic, and self-awareness to engage prospects, generate interest, and highlight the benefits of Absorb's Learning Management Solution. The BDR will employ a persistent approach to cold calling, coupled with effective time management and prioritization, to exceed sales quotas and drive new bookings within assigned territories. The goal is to contribute to shaping the future of learning solutions and play a key role in Absorb LMS's success.
