About The Position
Care IV Home Health is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative for its Hot Springs, Arkansas branch. This role serves as a liaison to the central Arkansas community, marketing home health services to various healthcare facilities and potential referral sources. The position is part of a marketing team and offers excellent benefits, salary plus bonus, and mileage reimbursement or a company car option for qualified individuals.
Requirements
- Proven track record of increasing patient referrals / census through sales & marketing efforts specific to the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and established network of professional relationships in Arkansas.
- Willingness to do in-state travel as needed.
- Must be COVID vaccinated as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations).
Nice To Haves
- Home Health marketing experience preferred.
- Active RN or LPN license is a plus, but not required.
- Applicants interested in the company car option must meet certain minimum mileage requirements and have a clean driving record to qualify for the car.
Responsibilities
- Market home health services to the community and area referral sources.
- Build positive relationships within the Hot Springs territory.
- Ensure a smooth transition for patients onto services by maintaining open communication with the Director, Intake Team, Case Managers, and other staff.
- Track and report marketing analytics for the central Arkansas territory.
- Increase patient census within the assigned territory.
- Participate in sales training & conferences at the Corporate office in Little Rock & other Arkansas branch locations as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
