About The Position

Asksuite is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in South Africa to prospect and book demos with qualified clients in the EMEA region. Asksuite is a leading AI chatbot platform for the hospitality and tourism industry, providing 24/7 multilingual support and centralizing human support for hotels. With clients in over 80 countries and a team of over 150 talents across more than 7 countries, Asksuite is looking for an eager individual to learn and grow with them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Native English speaker

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDR experience with outbound prospection
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company
  • Hospitality industry knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Interact with prospects mainly by telephone, email, and social media
  • Meet or exceed the assigned call quota per day
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities (inbound and outbound)
  • Be the first point of contact in the sales process
  • Engage and create interest in our solution
  • Schedule demos with the Business Development Manager
  • Analyze and improve personal results to enhance KPIs
