Dry Force is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand our network of plumbing partners who refer restoration jobs. This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role with strong earning potential and long-term growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, activating, and growing partnerships with plumbing companies that serve as a key lead source for our business. You will focus on building meaningful relationships, managing partner engagement, and ensuring a smooth handoff from referral to job completion. Success in this role is driven by your ability to grow partnerships, increase referral volume and quality, improve conversion rates, and maintain strong partner satisfaction. You’ll ramp up quickly with training, begin building your own partnerships within your first 60 days, and be fully managing your territory by 90 days.
