First Direct is looking for a Business Development Representative to be responsible for prospecting, appointment setting, and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers. Earning Potential : $100,000 Plus Per Year (Salary and Commissions) Duties will include reaching out to current and potential clients to increase interest in services and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualifying, and setting appointments with senior sales staff. To be successful in this role, you will need to have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Some previous experience in a sales role is a must.
