About The Position

This role involves staying updated on industry shifts and company trainings, then effectively communicating and promoting these changes. You'll engage prospective clients through various channels, organize meetings, and leverage email campaigns to drive engagement and event attendance. Relationship-building is key, as you'll foster strong connections with partners, clients, and affiliates while identifying new leads and market opportunities. This role thrives on networking, creating a thriving sales ecosystem with affiliates, and understanding customer needs to drive growth. In this role you will be hunting for leads and expected to drive engagement to get meetings completed with our Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience. You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs. This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of proven success in sales prospecting
  • Familiarity with sales activity metrics
  • Likes to win, competitive, and honest
  • Driven and has grit necessary for outbound business development

Responsibilities

  • Learn about industry changes, company and partner trainings and promote them
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls with prospective clients via LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Email, drop offs, and Calls
  • Create and send email campaigns
  • Drive event attendance
  • Build strong relationships with partners, clients and affiliates
  • Identify and research potential qualified leads, new markets, and customer needs
  • Network and build a successful sales ecosystem with affiliates
