About The Position

The Business Development Representative role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within the property management and real estate space. The position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset, offering the opportunity to directly impact revenue generation and business expansion. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build awareness, generate interest, and create qualified opportunities that fuel the sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 0–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and engage potential customers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and prospecting activities.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and positive attitude when handling rejection and objections.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in SaaS, proptech, fintech, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective customers in the real estate and property management space.
  • Outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers and influencers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and hand off to Sales Executives.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM, HubSpot.
  • Contribute to refining outreach strategies and sales processes.
