The Business Development Representative (BDR) researches, identifies, prospects and qualifies new sales leads within our existing customer base, and discovers and explores new business opportunities to support the sales enterprise. This individual will gain experience interacting with clients within the healthcare industry in the facilities, operations, lab, and or pharmacy teams. The BDR is often the first point of contact with a potential new customer and will need to be well versed in the Swisslog Healthcare Portfolio to respond and develop the lead. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives on challenging themselves, and who loves working in a team environment as well as helping to continually build department processes. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your sales skills and business acumen, as Swisslog Healthcare will provide the tools and training to support future advancement to other sales roles of increasing responsibility, if and when opportunities become available.
