About The Position

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting new opportunities and driving new business through service and maintenance agreements. You will play a key role in expanding our service base, hitting revenue goals, and making sure our clients get the reliable, top-notch support they need to keep things running smoothly.

Knowledge and experience maintaining CRM systems
Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office suite

Ability to develop accurate estimates and understand basic pricing structures
Strong attention to detail when assessing job scope and requirements
HVAC technician background, or strong industry experience required

Responsibilities

Prospect and cold-call new business opportunities in key industries
Visit facilities to record equipment counts, assess systems, and gather data for estimating
Prepare accurate estimates and pricing for service and maintenance agreements
Write proposals and negotiate contracts to meet or beat revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams to validate scope, pricing, and profitability
Assist the VP of Service Operations with prospecting, estimating, and technical troubleshooting
Attend networking events and industry functions to connect and prospect
Tackle other projects and duties as needed to help the team succeed
