The Role At Gradial, we’re building AI that transforms how enterprise marketing teams create, manage, and scale content. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a critical role in introducing that vision to the market by creating opportunities with some of the world’s leading brands. This is not a traditional activity-driven BDR role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to find signal where others see noise, who uses AI as a force multiplier, and who is excited to build pipeline through thoughtful research, personalized outreach, and genuine conversations. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas, influence how we approach outbound, and help shape the next stage of our go-to-market strategy.
