About The Position

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ardoq is the first point of contact for potential clients within large, complex organizations. This role involves identifying key decision-makers, crafting compelling messages to capture their attention quickly, and initiating conversations that lead to commercial opportunities. The BDR collaborates closely with Account Executives and the Go-To-Market team to maintain a strong sales pipeline and momentum. This position is designed for proactive individuals who are eager to understand the product and customer landscape, aiming to build a foundation for a career in enterprise SaaS sales. Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Identify, research, and prioritize named target accounts using a best-in-class tech stack, then build and execute outreach sequences to open doors.
  • Value-Led Outreach: Conduct personalized, insight-driven outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn to connect Ardoq's platform with the specific complexities and strategic priorities of each prospect.
  • Qualification: Perform structured qualification conversations to uncover buyer context, identify genuine pain points, and determine fit, then document and hand off findings clearly to the Account Executive team.
  • Inbound Response: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound interest, quickly converting warm signals into qualified conversations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing to support campaigns and outreach, and with Account Executives to prepare for and participate in early discovery calls.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and complete records in Salesforce to ensure data integrity and track performance.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about Ardoq's product capabilities and the enterprise architecture market to ensure all conversations are knowledgeable and not scripted.
