About The Position

We're looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our growing GTM team. You'll play a key role in building our pipeline by identifying and qualifying new opportunities across the trades industry. This is a great role for someone looking to kick-start a career in sales and who thrives on outreach, building relationships, and learning fast.

Requirements

  • Are genuinely curious about customers and motivated to grow a career in sales
  • Have strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Are a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and comfort operating in undefined processes
  • Are fluent in English and French, written and verbal

Nice To Haves

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
  • Prior CRM experience
  • An interest in AI and enthusiasm for bringing modern tools to traditional industries
  • Familiarity with the trades or home services industry

Responsibilities

  • Source new opportunities through outbound outreach: cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Qualify inbound leads and move prospects through the funnel
  • Research target companies, identify key decision makers, and collaborate with our AE on pipeline strategies
  • Stay current on Fulltime's product and the trades industry to speak credibly with prospects
  • Track your activity and performance daily to continuously improve
