About The Position

Intech Anchoring is seeking a motivated Inside BDR to drive early-stage business development by identifying and qualifying leads, and supporting ongoing outreach campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a technical sales environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, construction, or technical industries preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and prospecting software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of construction or geotechnical systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers (contractors, engineers, developers)
  • Cold call, email, and engage prospects through CRM/marketing tools
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set appointments for Territory Managers
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead nurturing
  • Help develop territory intelligence and track key project developments
