Their SaaS application provides user-friendly data collection tools for real-time understanding of customers, markets, and employees, with data insights distributed in over 100 countries. Alchemer experiences significant growth, with 50K new surveys created and 5M responses collected weekly, and has substantial potential for further expansion through sophisticated product positioning and a strong sales and marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the SLED markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and do not require now, or in the future, immigration sponsorship for work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the SLED markets.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position Alchemer's solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Track and report on sales activities and outcomes using CRM software.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Alchemer's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to drive better results.
