If you’re ready to transform the future of dental technology, this is the team for you. CandidPro is seeking a remote Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by converting new and existing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into valued partners. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for conducting virtual demos, nurturing practice relationships, converting leads into signed contracts, onboarding new practices, and guiding them through the process of submitting and approving their first clear aligner case. This role is 100% remote. We will accept candidates within the United States

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales/business development (hunter) role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
  • Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations and handle objections effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and structured approach, including consistent and effective follow-through
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive, results-driven mindset, technologically proficient, comfortable with virtual communication tools and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10% travel required).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Engage Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the company, building strong relationships with prospective new partner practices.
  • Conduct engaging and informative virtual lunch-and-learn demos on the benefits of CandidPro's clear aligner solutions.
  • Address questions, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value to convert qualified leads into signed contracts.
  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new practices, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of Candid’s products, services and processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients, guiding them through the necessary steps to start their engagement with CandidPro, including submitting and approving their first clear aligner case for a patient.
  • Address any technical or process-related issues faced by clients during the activation phase.
  • Facilitate a warm handoff to a CandidPro Account Executive after the client has submitted their first clear aligner case.
