About The Position

The Role: You Are the Voice of Our Service Department At Jessica Chevrolet, we don’t just fix cars; we take care of people. We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and communicative Service BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you aren't just "answering phones." You are the first point of contact for our customers, the architect of our service calendar, and the primary reason our clients feel confident bringing their vehicles to us. If you love fast-paced environments and pride yourself on top-tier customer service, we want to meet you.

Requirements

  • Communication Pros: You have a clear, friendly phone voice and can write an email that is both professional and warm.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating multiple tabs, CRM software, and basic office programs (training provided, but a head start helps!).
  • Resilience: You can handle a "no" or a frustrated customer with grace and redirect the conversation toward a solution.
  • Reliability: Our team counts on you. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are non-negotiable.
  • Industry Interest: Previous dealership or BDC experience is a huge plus, but we are willing to train the right personality!

Responsibilities

  • Master the Calendar: Handle high-volume inbound calls and internet inquiries to schedule service appointments with precision.
  • Outbound Outreach: Follow up with "no-show" appointments, recalled vehicle owners, and previous customers to invite them back to the shop.
  • Customer Advocacy: Answer basic service questions, provide status updates on vehicles, and ensure every caller feels heard and valued.
  • Data Integrity: Meticulously update customer information in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to keep our records sharp.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure the shop floor is running at optimal capacity.
