About The Position

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives. This is a full-time job that includes free sales training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales role at one of SV Academy's 400+ partner companies. Cohorts begin every week and are limited to 25 Residents. Compensation includes free sales training, a paid residency with base salary and commission, and a long-term sales role with a partner company offering a competitive total annual compensation and full benefits. The program involves 10 days of free, live, instructor-led sales training followed by a 90-day paid residency where participants work full-time at a partner company, receive daily coaching, and perform real sales tasks. Successful residents then transfer to the partner's payroll.

Requirements

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without need for future sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Completed Bachelors degree
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management
• Experience in a goal-driven role with measurable targets (quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue, or activity metrics)
• Strong communication skills
• Excited by ambitious goals and motivated by a high-performance environment

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualifying inbound leads
• Scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives
