Position Summary: The Business Development Representative plays a key role in driving pipeline growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-up. This position will research target accounts, connect with key decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and create high-quality sales opportunities. This position is well-suited for individuals who are goal-oriented, intellectually curious, and skilled at building relationships and understanding customer needs. It also offers a strong foundation for long‑term career growth in SaaS sales, with opportunities to develop expertise in prospecting, customer discovery, and sales strategy.
