Requirements

  • Business to Business Outside Sales Experience in production print or related technology sales (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Canon, Xerox production print technologies and related software solutions
  • Experience selling into and managing Enterprise level accounts
  • High-volume outside sales background generating weekly prospecting calls and drop-ins
  • Proven success as a self-starter
  • Knowledge of St. Louis market and experience in lead generation
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Initiator mentality

Responsibilities

  • Exceed financial goals by utilizing available tools and recommending new ones to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Create business opportunities through curiosity and by leveraging the Marketing team and industry-leading tools.
  • Sell products and services by developing deep and meaningful relationships using a proven Sales Process with support from internal resources and partners.
  • Maintain client relationships to achieve a 100% Customer Retention target and identify new opportunities within existing accounts through face-to-face Customer Business Reviews.
  • Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Use data from industry-leading tools like Salesforce Lightning to manage pipeline, grow business, and enhance personal brand year over year.
  • Engage in continuous learning, both professionally and personally, through workshops, publications, networking, benchmarking, professional societies, community involvement, and goal exercises.
  • Contribute to team effort by fostering a positive environment, supporting colleagues, and collectively achieving professional and personal goals.
