Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider that repairs small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Tubs, Cabinets, Furniture, and almost everything else. Requirements

• Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
• Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
• Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.

Responsibilities

• Map your route and run approximately 15 on-site visits.
• Book work.
• Log notes/metrics in our software.
• Coordinate with your Owner/Sales team.
• Perform light admin and prep from home.
• Attend weekly sales coaching and ongoing support sessions.
