PlayMetrics is a fast growing B2B SaaS company revolutionizing the way youth sports organizations operate. Our industry-leading platform is trusted by thousands of clubs, leagues, and governing bodies to manage operations, communication, scheduling, and player development, all in one place. We're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing team and help bring that mission to more clubs, leagues, and governing bodies across the country. As a BDR, you'll be the first voice of PlayMetrics for prospective customers. You’ll drive conversations, qualify opportunities, and build the pipeline that fuels our Account Executives. This is an ideal launchpad for someone eager to build a career in B2B SaaS sales, with real mentorship, a clear path for advancement, and the satisfaction of selling a product that genuinely makes a difference for youth athletes and the organizations that serve them. Note : This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a local candidate to work in the office at our Morrisville, NC headquarters, currently hybrid work-from-home three days per week, but subject to the Company’s needs and policies in the future.
