About The Position

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. This role is critical in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers to support our sales team in closing new business opportunities. This position's Compensation is Base Salary + Bonus

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales development, business development, or related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined in managing outreach and follow-ups.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to adapt messaging based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Minimum Educational Requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • The ability to move within the office environment, including walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Sufficient visual acuity to read written documents, view computer screens, and identify product details.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with team members and clients, both in person and via phone or video calls.
  • Ability to lift and carry promotional items and printed material, which may weigh up to 30 pounds.
  • Willingness to regularly travel to attend client meetings, industry events, and other business- related activities as required.

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Lead Management: Screen and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and proper handoff to the sales team.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with prospects, addressing their questions and providing relevant insights to keep them engaged.
  • Follow-up & Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent follow-up with both inbound and outbound leads, tracking progress and updating CRM records.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and pipeline growth to optimize outreach strategies.
