JBS Dev is currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone in an SDR/BDR role who is looking to build a strong foundation in business development. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and initial discovery calls. You will work closely with our sales and leadership teams to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and support the development of tailored solutions. Over time, you will take on more ownership of the sales cycle, with increasing responsibilities in client presentations, deal strategy, and closing. You’ll be selling services in strategy and architecture, data warehousing, business intelligence and data science, mobile application development, and visual interface design. Our clients span a range of industries including SaaS, retail, e-commerce, financial services, education, non-profit, and healthcare. This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable in a structured, metrics-driven environment with clear expectations around outbound activity, meeting generation, and pipeline contribution. This is a full-time, 100% remote position. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in Costa Rica.
