About The Position

360clean is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Louisville office and support franchise owners across the country. This role is focused on creating opportunities through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and appointment setting. If you're competitive, persistent, and enjoy connecting with people, this could be an excellent opportunity to build your career in sales and business development. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify prospective customers, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified appointments for local owners who will conduct facility walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and close business. This is a true lead generation role where success is driven by activity, consistency, and your ability to create opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional phone presence

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Organized with excellent follow-up habits
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls (roughly 70% - 80% of your day)
  • Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, telemarketing, or business development is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to businesses within certain targeted markets
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers
  • Build relationships with office managers, facility managers, property managers, and business owners
  • Generate interest in 360clean's commercial cleaning services
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the local owner
  • Conduct follow-up campaigns through phone, email, and CRM tools
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect activity and communications
  • Consistently achieve activity and appointment-setting goals
