About The Position

Independence Title, a subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Business Development Representative for its Round Rock Office in Williamson County. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting, and vendor management services company that supports real estate transactions for various clients. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for marketing and sales promotion, recruiting new business, servicing existing accounts, collaborating with Escrow Teams, monitoring reports for trends, and attending networking events. The ideal candidate will be experienced, energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication skills, and a desire to help customers have a positive closing experience. They must also maintain a professional image and establish positive working relationships.

Requirements

A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Minimum of three years of sales experience is required
Microsoft Suite proficient
Reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of the Title Insurance Industry is strongly preferred
Basic knowledge of various CRM systems a plus

Responsibilities

Daily performance of all related marketing and sales promotion of your branches, staff, and the company as a whole.
Successfully recruiting new business consistently.
Servicing selected current accounts as determined by Company.
Working closely with Escrow Teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Monitoring daily reports to identify lost business or client trends.
Attend events/functions for networking and business development, including evenings, team and one-on-one meetings, all as directed by management.
