Position The Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a key role in driving CAST’s growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities across global markets. This role is responsible for developing a healthy pipeline of prospects, nurturing relationships, and supporting the sales organization through disciplined outreach and thoughtful client engagement. The BDR combines curiosity, communication, and commercial insight to uncover customer needs, build trust, and create opportunities that align with CAST’s innovative software and hardware solutions. Success in this role requires persistence, collaboration, and a genuine passion for helping customers discover how CAST technology can transform their creative and operational workflows. The role requires a strong blend of technical knowledge, sales capability, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to communicate confidently with creatives, technologists, and business partners
