About The Position

SingleFile is a rapidly expanding legal tech company seeking high-achieving individuals for its Business Development Representative (BDR) team. This role operates on a meritocracy, where earnings are directly tied to activity, conversion rates, and the quality of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated. Top performers have the potential to earn over $95,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE). The company emphasizes performance tracking, rewards, and internal promotions. The Business Development Representative is a high-velocity sales role responsible for generating pipeline for Account Executives. The role involves making 60-80+ dials per day, setting 25-30+ SQL meetings monthly, and building a substantial income through a base salary and aggressive commission structure. BDRs will own their metrics, compete for leaderboard positions, and be compensated based on their performance.

Requirements

  • 1.5–2+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in an outbound sales role within B2B SaaS or the tech industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate net-new pipeline through cold outreach, with quantifiable results.
  • Strong phone presence and effective discovery skills.
  • Experience in qualifying prospects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach, etc.
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with readiness to discuss specific performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, aiming for 60-80+ dials per day as part of a multi-channel strategy.
  • Research target accounts and compile high-quality prospect lists using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
  • Effectively navigate gatekeepers, engage decision-makers, and lead conversations with clear, value-driven messaging.
  • Efficiently qualify prospects based on their needs, urgency, key stakeholders, and buying process.
  • Maintain accurate and clean CRM data in HubSpot to ensure precise forecasting and commission tracking.
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging, objection handling, and talk tracks to enhance conversion rates.
  • Compete for monthly and quarterly bonuses awarded to top meeting setters.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and monitor pipeline conversion to understand the impact of SQL quality.
