Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands on inside sales or account management experience
- Extensive knowledge of prospecting and closing strategies
- Ability to perform in a high-energy high-expectation environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Call and nurture new leads immediately upon receipt
- Provide virtual demos to prospective clients and convert them into new accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of the system and submit bug and feature requests as appropriate
- Upsell software features to existing clients
- Test new software features before public release
- Cold call when there is down time
- Find creative new ways to generate leads
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity
- Be adaptive and strike a good balance between speed and efficiency
- 90% hands-on inside sales and account management
- Provide backup for the support team when needed
- Perform other duties required by Management
