About The Position
Caring Transitions of Tulsa is seeking a part-time Business Development & Sales Representative to help seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate clean-outs, and online auctions. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on building referral partnerships, generating new client opportunities, and converting projects. The position is field-based, requiring time spent in the community and clients' homes.
Requirements
- Strong people skills and confidence meeting new people.
- Ability to turn relationships into business.
- Comfortable closing sales.
- Organized with strong follow-up.
- Proficient with CRM systems, phone, and web-based tools.
- Self-directed and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with senior living communities, realtors, and local partners.
- Stay in regular contact through in-person visits and follow-up.
- Conduct in-home consultations.
- Recommend services and prepare estimates.
- Close projects and secure signed agreements.
- Manage and follow up on active opportunities.
Benefits
- Hourly pay $19-20 DOE + performance-based incentives
