About The Position

SV Academy is hiring Business Development Representatives. This is a full-time job that includes free sales training, a 90-day paid Residency at a partner company, and a clear path to a long-term sales role at one of our 400+ partner companies. Cohorts begin every week and are limited to 25 Residents. Apply early to be considered for the next available start date. The program consists of 10 days of free, live, instructor-led sales training on Zoom, followed by a 90-day paid residency at a partner company where you will be a W-2 employee of SV Academy. After the residency, successful candidates transfer to the partner's payroll with full benefits and a compensation package of $55k - $95k in total annual compensation. SV Academy is paid by the partner companies, not the residents, ensuring their incentive is to make you successful.

Requirements

English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication
Currently authorized to work in the United States
Ability to attend evening sessions during the 2-week bootcamp
Confident and engaging communicator
Excited by ambitious goals and motivated by a high-performance environment

Nice To Haves

Completed Bachelors degree
Experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, hospitality, customer support, fundraising, or account management
Experience in a goal-driven role with measurable targets (quotas, KPIs, bookings, revenue, or activity metrics)
