About The Position

The Business Development Representative position at Willard Vacations is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing new business opportunities and travel partnerships. As a growing travel brand focused on creating unforgettable vacation experiences, this role plays a critical part in generating qualified leads, building relationships, and helping expand our customer base and strategic partnerships. You’ll engage with inbound inquiries, referral opportunities, and outbound prospecting efforts to create excitement around the Willard Vacations experience. Whether speaking with potential travelers, corporate partners, referral sources, or industry contacts, your goal is to generate qualified opportunities and contribute to the growth of the brand. The ideal candidate is energetic, relationship-driven, highly organized, and passionate about hospitality, travel, and helping people create memorable experiences. Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales, hospitality, customer service, or business development experience
  • Experience qualifying leads and building relationships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals
  • A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and solution-oriented thinking
  • Professional, friendly, and highly organized
  • Comfortable with phone outreach, follow-up, and networking

Responsibilities

  • Organize and participate in travel expos, networking events, and community outreach opportunities to showcase the Willard Vacations brand and build relationships.
  • Independently prospect, develop, and qualify new leads and partnerships while maintaining strong follow-up and communication.
  • Build relationships with travelers, referral partners, local businesses, and organizations to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to provide feedback and improve the customer experience.
  • Clearly communicate KPIs, pipeline activity, and lead insights to executive leadership.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on vacation packages, destinations, travel experiences, and customer needs.
  • Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and hospitality in all customer interactions.
  • Assist in identifying new partnership opportunities and creative growth initiatives for the company.
