Responsibilities

  • Build and refine targeted prospect lists to support outbound campaigns.
  • Execute multi-channel outreach, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Create, test, and optimize email campaigns using A/B testing to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Reach out to prospective clients to start conversations, build rapport, and generate interest.
  • Ask thoughtful discovery questions to understand each client’s challenges and goals.
  • Clearly communicate how Charles IT operates and what differentiates us from competitors.
  • Position our services as solutions aligned to client needs.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales team members.
  • Accurately document activity, insights, and client information.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and conferences, including engaging attendees and managing the booth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Embrace a high-activity environment—success comes from consistent effort, learning from feedback, and improving with every rep.
  • Work toward and exceed performance goals while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented culture.
