As a Business Development Representative, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients. This role places a strong emphasis on developing new business while also nurturing and strengthening existing customer relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding Mutual’s customer base and driving overall sales growth. We are looking for a driven individual who is hungry to deliver outstanding customer experience and is motivated to build new relationships, develop new customers, and drive sales. In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow our business across Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. Your territory will range from areas east of Leavenworth, north to Sandpoint, and south to Moscow. The salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 and includes an auto allowance. Additional variable compensation programs are also available.
