About The Role We are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be our second BDR hire and will be one of the core orchestrators of revenue growth at Default. In this role, you’ll get in on the ground floor of a startup focused on re-writing the revenue growth playbooks for the modern era. We’re not just looking for a talented pipeline builder. Being a creative, agile, and independent thinker is an absolute must. As our second BDR at Default, you’ll play a pivotal role building, evolving, and improving Default’s Growth Engine. This role is non-trivial; our product serves as the connective tissue between systems like CRMs and the people/processes that govern or work with them. Success in this role will require extreme tenacity, intellect, hard work, top-decile curiosity, and (of course) the ability to solve customer problems. Great fundamentals in cold email, copy-writing, and verbal communication are a must-have to succeed.
