As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Support Sales Representatives in selling parts and service solutions to customers by collaborating with the PSSRs and Service Teams. This role involves maintaining a retail presence, generating new business opportunities through various channels, and building a pipeline of accounts. You will also shadow relevant departments, call on unassigned accounts, prospect for new business, and conduct field visits for demonstrations and prospecting. Documenting activities in the CRM, participating in team selling, preparing quotes, and understanding competitive products are key aspects of this position. Additionally, you will complete foundational training and participate in the company's safety program.
