About The Position

KCF Technologies is seeking a Business Development Representative - LATAM to join their Marketing & Lead Generation Team. The role involves establishing and growing new customer relationships across a variety of exciting industries. KCF Technologies exists to solve the world's machine health problems to drive safety and sustainability for our communities, empowering industry to eradicate downtime, waste, and injuries with KCF's Machine Health Solutions Platform. The company values smarts, grit, drive, responsibility, and autonomy. This position offers remote or hybrid options, but could also be located in-person at their corporate HQ in State College, PA. To be eligible, the new hire will need to be located in the United States and authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of customer-supporting experience
  • Track record of building strong cross-functional relationships/partnerships
  • Experience with cold-calling
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Spanish)
  • Resourceful and able to find innovative ways to achieve results
  • Ability to travel less than 25% to customer sites or tradeshows, as needed

  • Bachelors or associates degree preferred
  • B2B cold calling into Mexico a plus

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new sales demonstration opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging
  • Understand and uncover customer pain points as well as how KCF Technologies solves these issues thought our value proposition and comprehensive machine health platform
  • Research accounts, identify key targets, collaborate with sales executives, and generate interest in KCF while maintaining a well-organized database of prospects within defined business verticals
  • Responsible for hunting new business and building a sales funnel of new opportunities for the greater sales team by scheduling qualitied demonstrations of KCF Technologies capabilities by achieving monthly quotas for calls, emails, demonstrations, sites visits, and webinar attendance
  • Be fully competent in communicating KCF products, services, and value proposition
  • Promptly respond to customer requests and enlist help from other KCF employees as necessary
